1. Returns & Refund Eligibility We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are non responsible for return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Kardy Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
